Let's Help Build Your Team

eLearning Process
  1. 1
Internal & External Digital Recruiting Campaigns

Our recruitment process begins with canvassing the students already undertaking CCI training through our 500+ Educational Institution partners nationwide. To the extent that we already have qualified, local candidates in your area, we'll begin with this set of students. Our reach and digital expertise, however, also gives us the ability to recruit and identify qualified candidates through a custom screening process we'll tailor to your exact specifications. From here, we will cultivate a broad pool candidates to begin the initial screening process.

  2. 2
    Candidate Assessment Exam

All prospective candidates will be screened in accordance with our standard process coupled with any specific requirements our clients request. Candidates are given an assessment that covers 150 questions designed to both determine individual candidate commitment and motivation and also measure reading comprehension, math and technology aptitude skills so that we can determine whether students will ultimately be successful in this training program.

  3. 3
    Resume and Zoom Interview

Upon successful completion of the Candidate Assessment Exam, candidates will be required to create/provide an updated resume and participate in a virtual interview where our Recruitment Team will evaluate each candidate’s work experience, educational background and other employability skills to ensure the candidate is employable and interested in pursuing a career with your organization.

  4. 4
Drug Screen, Background and Reference Check

Our standard recruitment process includes all of these services prior to admission into the training program and confirmed prior to any placement opportunity with our employer clients.

  5. 5
    Final Cohort Selection

From the initial recruited pool, we will narrow our list of candidates to only those that have passed all entrance requirements without issue. Depending on the number of positions available with your organization, we will continue to oversupply at each of these stages to ensure we end up with the correct number of candidates needed to meet your talent requirements.

  6. 6
    Training: Learner Success Module

Before any students undertake the substantive training program - medical assistant, pharmacy tech, etc. - learners are required to complete a mandatory Learner Success training module that introduces concepts that will help them to be successful in this training program, build study and learning tools for any subsequent training program, and understand the necessity and benefits of continued education and professional development in their field.

  7. 7
    Training: Substantive Content

Successful learners will progress into the substantive program selected for this effort - medical assistant, dental assistant, pharmacy technician, etc. Programming will be delivered online, as a hybrid offering, or through traditional classroom instruction at the election of our employer client or as dictated by geographic/temporal circumstances. On-site labs can be delivered as a companion to any online format selected.

  8. 8
Parallel Career Services, Soft Skills Development & Placement Preparation

From our partners at CampusEd™, Learners will begin working through soft skills training modules that cover workplace readiness and professionalism, safety and infection control, and customer service on the job. As part of this process, learners will refine their resumes, earn digital badges, build an online profile and prepare for employment in their field.

  9. 9
    Optional Volunteer Externship Opportunity

Once learners complete the program requirements, we can include with your program the opportunity to host prospective candidates for voluntary externships. This is a great opportunity for learners to get the hands-on, real-world experience they need for success on the job and also a great way for you to see which candidates are good fit for your organization.

  10. 10
    Placement & Evaluation

From our partners at CampusEd™, all of our clients will have access to this exclusive new platform aimed at connecting Learners to jobs. CampusEd™ Recruit brings together all of our eligible job candidates in one platform where they can showcase their achievements to potential employers.
